Part-time position: 25-28 hours per week

The company also represents many other fine classical catalogs in the Americas.


  • Data Entry (40%)
    • Maintain and update composer works on
    • Maintain and update the internal database (compositions and editorial invoices)
    • Catalogue new commercial CD’s in the internal database


  • Publications (40%)
    • Update and maintain new publications in the web manager site
    • Maintain content on (announcements of new publications, upcoming conferences and events, etc.)


  • Universal Music Publishing Group – Ricordi, DSE, Edition Budapest (15%)
    • Assist Universal promoter when needed
    • Maintain the perusal library
    • Fulfill perusal orders upon request.
    • Update and maintain Universal works in internal databases
    • Track and archive all promotional material


  • Other administrative tasks as needed (5%)

Further Information:


  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for classical music


  • Attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to new technologies quickly and easily
