We are looking for a lively person to join our busy Publishing Department as a Publishing Coordinator in our London office on a full time basis. Reporting to the Head of Publishing, the successful candidate will work on a wide range of projects, including the creation of performance materials but principally the preparation of music for sale in print and online. The Publishing Coordinator will support other departmental colleagues, but will act as a key contact point for the development of our printed music publishing programme and will be heavily involved in liaison with our key suppliers and composers. A friendly, organised professional approach is required at all times to work on a varied portfolio of projects and this role would suit a recent graduate with a desire to learn more about the world of professional music publishing.
A music degree, fluent computer skills (including DTP software such as InDesign and/or music notation software such as Finale, SCORE or Sibelius), creativity and application, as well as the ability to work within a team are essential attributes.
