Boosey & Hawkes Music Publishers Limited will not be responsible for transmission
and/or computer error affecting the logging of entries to this competition/promotion.
Registration:
In order to enter most of the competitions & promotions on Boosey.com, you must be
a registered user. To become a registered user, you must submit a user name and password,
along with other specified details, to Boosey.com. This is part of the registration process.
Employees and extended families of Boosey.com, and their associated entities as well
as other agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Notification:
The winner will be selected by Boosey & Hawkes and will be notified by email.
Prize notifications returned as undeliverable as addressed, will result in an alternate
winner being selected.
To claim the prize the winner must confirm acceptance within 30 days. Details of the winner
will become available on the Boosey.com website or can be obtained by
contacting us.
Prize:
Please see marketing/promotional material or details of individual prizes. Prizes are not
transferable and/or redeemable for cash.
Publicity:
The winners consent to the use of their name, country of residence and
image for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
They also agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by
Boosey & Hawkes as the organiser of the competition.
All entries, once submitted, automatically become the property of Boosey.com and will
be used for promotional purposes only.
By participating in this promotion, the entrants agree to be bound by the rules as specified
and by Boosey & Hawkes decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion.
