Looking Ahead:
Swing Symphony (Symphony No. 3) receives its U.K. premiere with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra and the London Symphony Orchestra at London's Barbican Centre, July 25–26. The work is performed this October by the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, and again in May 2013 by the New York Philharmonic.
