RETURNS

If you chose to use our collection service when you placed your order with us, we will send you your shipping labels by email shortly before your final performance. If you decided to use your own courier to return hire materials to us, then please ensure that everything is returned to us immediately after your final performance to avoid being charged late return fees, and by trackable means, direct to our warehouse in Germany:

PRE-PAYMENT

We ask for pre-payment from the majority of our customers. For these customers, once an order is processed by our hire services team, a pre-payment request letter will be sent to the invoice address, which includes details of how to pay.

PRIORITY FEES

If you require despatch of material within 10 working days a priority fee of £40 + VAT will be charged.

CANCELLATION FEES

If an order is cancelled before the material has been dispatched, an admin. fee of £20 + VAT will be charged. If the material has already been dispatched, a postage charge plus an admin. fee equal to 25% of the hire fee shall be charged.

FULL SCORES

You may order up to 3 full scores at no extra charge. For further copies an additional £10 per copy per month will be charged.

PERUSAL SCORES

P&P will be charged when perusal scores are requested.

EXTRA STRING SETS

We usually supply a string strength of 8/7/6/5/4. If your requirements approach double this amount then an additional charge will be made. To request a quote please use the 'Other Comments' box when placing your order.

EXTRA WIND SETS

If you require more than one wind set an additional charge will be made. To request a quote please use the 'Other Comments' box when placing your order.

MISSING PARTS

Please ensure that you return all hire materials in order. If you send back an incomplete set you will be sent a letter outlining which items are missing and the charges that will be incurred. If you have not returned the missing items within 14 days, or have not called us to discuss any problems, you will be invoiced for replacement and administration costs and these fees are strictly non-refundable.
