Print the sheet music the authorised number of times.
You DO NOT have the right to
download the sheet music for storage on your own or other computer,
redistribute the sheet music in any form or file format for
commercial or any other purposes,
amend, edit or tamper with the sheet music file or print-out,
other than alterations authorised by Boosey & Hawkes Music
Publishers and available through the Scorch sheet music viewer
(e.g. transposition).
A contract does not exist between you and Boosey & Hawkes
Music Publishers until your payment has been accepted and an order
acceptance confirmation has been sent to the email address you
specified when you made your purchase. Boosey & Hawkes Music
Publishers reserves the right not to accept any order or to withdraw
from this contract in the event of obvious or material inaccuracies
caused by human or technical error.
Price information displayed on the Boosey & Hawkes Music
Publishing Sheet Music Downloads web site is subject to change
without notice.
All purchases from Boosey.com are subject to English Law and
the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Boosey.com Refunds Policy
Your card will be charged at time of placing your order, however
if your are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us
and we will progress a refund.
If you are unhappy with or fail to print any item(s) bought
from our sheet music download site please contact us by e-mail
at webmaster
quoting your receipt key if you have it at hand. Your receipt
key is displayed after your transaction has been authorised.
After investigating the cause of the problem, we will either
offer you another chance to print your purchased item, or a full
refund for that item, Boosey & Hawkes Music Publishers shall
have no further liability to you.
