This is some of the faster and more tricky traditional music played in Scotland and should offer a challenge to the increasing number of good fiddlers and other instrumentalists. A few of the tunes use 3rd and 5th position. Much of the material consists of reels as this is what is mostly played in sessions. and the tunes are from Scotland, Cape Breton and Ireland though there are also a few jigs, marches and airs too. Includes chords, bowings, and metronome markings for tempo.
