These pieces are a selection from "15 Hungarian Folksongs", a collection of old songs & dance melodies for piano composed by Bela Bartok from 1914 to 1917. This arrangement for a recorder ensemble hopes to familiarize children & young people, who have not yet had access to Bartok's bigger works, with the composer.
