This video documentary shows one of Cuba's greatest contemporary singers and his evolving career, from railway worker, to shoemaker and then singing/composing sensation!

Filmed in the UK during a tour by the artist, and in Havana, Cuba, the DVD gives an insight onto Beloy's cultural background showing life in contemporary Cuba through his eyes.

He is supported by the legendary Afro-Cuban All Stars, many of who played for the Buena Vista Social Club, and the tracks all feature traditional arrangements by seasoned musicians.
