The music to "The Young Person's Guide to the Orchestra" was originally written for the film "The Instruments of the Orchestra".



The piece should be performed with the commentary (written by Eric Crozier) spoken by the conductor. This edition contains the commentary, and a slightly different version omitting the commentary is included in the score.
