Eletelephony is from a set of two pieces, Two for Fun, written for the Glen Ellyn Children's Chorus and their Music Director Emerita, Doreen Rao. Scored for unison voices and piano, it is a syllabic and through-composed setting of Laura E. Richards' text. The melodic line is angular in nature and encompasses a range from "Bb to g2".
