DD15971 - Danseuses de Delphes is the first piece from two sets of piano preludes Debussy wrote in the years 1909 to 1912. The preludes are diverse in mood and very popular piano works. This edition is based on the examiation of handwritten manuscripts and sktetches, corrected proofs and first editions annotated by the composer himself. 2012 marks 150 years since the birth of Claude Debussy and to celebrate this anniversary, Durand have made available more titles individually available.
