DD15983 - This edition of La Fille aux Cheveux de Lin (from the Préludes, vol.1, 1707–1708), composed by Debussy following a poem by the French poet Charles-Marie Leconte de Lisle, is an excerpt from the Oeuvres complètes de Claude Debussy, Série I, vol. 5, (complete works edition) also published by Durand. This edition is based on the examination of handwritten manuscripts and sktetches, corrected proofs and first editions annotated by the composer himself.
