The principal melody is then played in the upper voices, supported by smooth triadic harmonies in the lower instruments. Other special features include a change of tempo and key, accompanied by a lyrical melody with flowing counterlines, then a restatement of the opening theme, leading to a coda that finishes the work in climatic fashion.
