This series is designed to help you with one of the most important musical skills of all: the ability to play on your instrument the music that you can hear in your head. This is called ear-to-hand co-ordination.

Sequential exercises in this CD and book set encourage musicality while teaching the fundamentals about chord progressions and scales. The background accompaniment tape leaves out the drudgery: instead of being bound to repeat the same old scales time and again, you are free to use your imagination--to vary the rhythm, combine patterns, and improvise.

These are essential skills for the musician.
