This is a perfect book for anyone that wants to learn the Low D whistle. It's very complete (see the contents below), and is written in a clear, entertaining style. The section that covers the history of the Low Whistle (or "Whistory" as it's called in the book) is quite interesting, as is the section on Low Whistle Makers. There are many pictures of Low Whistle players (and makers), lots of fingering diagrams, and of course plenty of great tunes.
