Please note: This book used to be called "Fundamental Principles Of Drumming" but was revised in 2006. All 26 drum rudiments are clearly and sequentially presented. There are several exercises designed to develop each rudiment, followed by summaries. Each rudiment is then utilized in a musical context in progressively written rudimental solos. Every lesson builds on those that came before, giving students a chance to practise what they have learned and reinforcing skills to be used over & over.
