The work was meant to be a tribute to John Williams - the American composer of film music. The composition is a one-movement piece, but severeal components may be distinguished. ''Intro'' - in an atonal, free jazz character - passes into a quiet main theme, which changes in character to neoromaticism and enters fluently the main section of the work - the development. After the harmonic development the main theme returns followed by a coda. The work is technically difficult as it was written with Jan Jakub Bokun in mind, one of the best clarinettists in Europe.
