Following on from the beautiful Christmas album released internationally on Decca Classics last year, we are thrilled to present the ‘Christmas in New York’ DVD just in time for this year’s holiday season.

An exclusive recording artist with Decca since 1995, this is Renée Fleming’s first-ever holiday DVD. While Fleming is known mostly as an opera singer, her career has encompassed numerous genres and styles of singing. For Christmas in New York Fleming sings in a more intimate style.

The 40 minute TV Christmas Special features musical performances and storytelling about family, food, traditions and more. Renée’s daughters and sister also join her for heart-warming carols by the fireside.

In addition to enjoying Fleming’s voice in a new setting, the album features a number of guest artists ranging from Gregory Porter and Rufus Wainwright to Kurt Elling and Tony Award winner Kelli O’Hara.
