"This is a book that does what it says, gets you up and rockin' the drums with useful beats and rolls very quickly. I found the excellant structure to the lessons easy to follow and digest. The beats right from the first exercise page sounded like the ones I hear in my favourite songs so I could quickly crank up my ipod and jam along. The cd is very well recorded and contains a good cross section of the exercises for quick referance. I highly recommend to beginners and intermediate drummers."
