This volume contains five fantastic and original variations for Tuba and Piano, on the theme from The Cobbler’s Bench by Arthur Frackenpohl. These are arranged as a suite to be played together but are suitable for individual didactic use.

As well as being interesting and enjoyable pieces, they are also good exercises for the developing Intermediate Tuba player and Piano to play and practice: octave leaps, crisp articulation and glissando technique. There is a separate part for the Tuba, featuring all the Variations as well as the original theme.
