Concord is based on three traditional tunes from old New England.  "The White Cockade" - a fife and drum marching tune, William Billings "America" - reflecting the independent spirit of a young nation and "Yankee Doodle" - probably the most popular American folk song of all time, offer a musical representation of the American Revolution.
