After the horrors of World War II, Flory married Sergeant Harry Jagoda from Youngstown, Ohio, and moved to the United States. The songs that Flory Jagoda and her three children perform celebrate the life and traditions of the Bosnian Sephardim, a rich Jewish heritage that was kept alive by the Sephartic Jews forced out of Spain in 1492.
