The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace, Karl Jenkins’s most widely-performed work, passes the 10-year mark this year. The Armed Man has firmly established itself as one of the most successful choral works of our time, with over 800 performances in more than 20 countries, and close to 70,000 vocal scores sold to date.

As well as performances of The Armed Man this year by choirs around the world – from Iceland to India - Karl Jenkins will conduct a special 10th anniversary performance at the Royal Albert Hall in London in October. St David’s Hall in Cardiff also plays host to a performance in the version for chorus, organ and brass band. Exact dates for both events will be announced shortly.

New full score
To celebrate the 10th anniversary, the full score of The Armed Man is being published for sale for the first time. Boosey & Hawkes is issuing a limited edition deluxe hardback and a coil-bound paperback edition. Both scores are A3 format, suitable for performance use.
