"Chance's Elegy is a piece that does not challange an advanced player's technique but their ablilty to maintain stable pitch and pin point listening skills. The "haunting" chords of this piece and atmosphere of Elegy put the instrumentalist on the edge of his or her chair. Great music must not require difficult runs or challanging rythym, but it must have life beyond the page, and live within the soul."
