This book is in the same format as the popular 'Flute Aerobics' workbook, but in an easier style working up to grade 5. Topics covered are: posture, rhythm, tone, breathing, technique and articulation. Practice techniques and methods are given for each exercise, leading up to a group of short classical excerpts which allow the student to hone the skills aquired from the exercises.
