Samuel R. Hazo: Ride

" We're playing this piece in my school's symphonic band, and i can say that this is one real work of art. Ride is engaging, turbulent, and beautiful all at once. It captures you from the very beginning and leaves you wanting more as it closes. If any band is capable of playing at the intermediate level, they should all play this piece at least once."
