'The Music of Life' is an uplifting song by talented songwriter Lin Marsh celebrating music and its impact on our lives. It was commissioned by the Fife Festival of Music in celebration of its twenty-fifth anniversary.

'The Music of Life' is part of the Soptlight Series, which represents a variety of imaginiative repertoire for stage or concert performance at Key Stage 3. The Spotlight Singles are individual songs wriiten appropriately for the age-group by educational composers and provide scope for creativity through the addtion of movement.

Lin Marsh has worked extensively in music education and has been an advisory teacher of music in Oxfordshire, direcvtor of Oxfordshire Youth Music Theatre, and vocal coach and Musical Director for the National Youth Music Theatre. A prolific composer, Lin Marsh also covers the country inspiring singers through her dynamic workshops.
