Pitchpipes are the easiest and cheapest way to tune an instrument. just blow into the pipe, and the tuned reeds inside will produce the required pitch for that particular string. If the player has agood enough ear to match the note from the pitchpipe to the string on their instrument, this tuning option is ideal.
