Prog Guitar Young Beginner Book 1

This book contains very easy arrangements involving five notes (C A B G and D) and four simplified chord shapes (G D7 C a nd G7). It introduces the students to 4/4 and 3/4 time playing both melodies and simplified chords. It also incorporates qua rter half and whole notes and their equivalent rests. The student is taught how to read music and introduced to such basic terms as bar lines repeat signs and lead in notes. Songs include; Ode To Joy When The saints and Lightly Row.
