Scarlatti, Domenico - 5 Fugues Cat Fugue Piano

Only five harpsichord fugues of Scarlatti's have come down to us, but they are all substantial compositions. By far the best-known is, of course, the Fugue in Gmin, Kp30 which, at some time long after the composer's death, became known as the `Cat Fugue'. The others are - Fugue in Dmin Kp41, Fugue in Cmin Kp58, Fugue in Gmin Kp93, Fugue in Dmin Kp417.
