Stock, J: Chinese Flute Solos

The compositions in this collection have been selected to give Western flute players a set of colourful and entertaining solos. Pieces for the Chinese bamboo flute have been transcribed in keys that allow the special ornamental style of Chinese music to be conveniently reproduced on the Western flute. Decorations have been written in, and tempo and other markings added as appropriate, so that the music can be performed immediatley by Western musicians.
