The concerto for violin and trumpet is the most Italianate of the concertos presented here, and the E minor concerto for recorder and traverso is one of Telemann’s best known concertos. The recordings are by the superb baroque ensemble, Rebel, under the leadership of Jörg-Michael Schwarz.
