Musical Cliches is the final unit in the Music Express Year 7 series. It combines both listening & composing activities to introduce pupils to the musical cliches & conventions associated with action film trailers. They listen to different film soundtracks & complete workshop-style activities based around 'Gladiator demo' a piece specially composed by Will Taylor to fit a clip from the teaser trailer for the film, Gladiator.
