This volume is designed to provide a wide choice of pieces for those pianists completing Piano Lessons Book 2. It also functions, of course, as an independent anthology for those who have been learning the piano for about two years. A few suggestions for pedalling and simple ornamentation have been included; their application is left to the teachers discretion according to the ability of the pupil.
