"I listened to the Long Beach Symphony do a production of this Beautiful Symphonic Tone Poem, and I was at the edge of my seat the whole time! The last chord is as breath taking as every other chord in the whole work. This work deserves a place right next to Mozarts Requiem!!!"

"My orchestra played the piece...and what an inspiring one. The opening section captures your breath as much as any other section in the piece. The furious dance like middle is amazing, depicting Isobel Gowdie being captured, tortured and killed. I don't know of any other programme music that paints a vivid picture like this one. Like the other, review, I agree, the last chord is the note breath taking. Every instrument playing a middle C with a huge crescendo building from nothing. This piece needs to be put in concert repertoire all over the world."
