Turpin St Louis Rag arranged for Flute Choir. Tom was a St Louis pianist and keeper of the Rosebud Saloon that was frequented by Scott Joplin and many other ragtime pioneers.He holds the distinction of being the first African American to have ragtime music published, this one dating 1903. This arrangement is about 3 and half minutes long with repeats and is scored for four C flutes and piccolo along with alto, bass, and optional contrabass flutes, Also, there is a C flute part included.
