Synopsis

The raven Nikolaj watches as the dove Ornella and her flock fall into a trap. Impressed by their determination and solidarity, he decides to help – and asks the clever mouse Zaki for assistance. Together, they manage to liberate the doves. Despite all their differences, a tender friendship develops between Nikolaj and Zaki. Shortly afterwards, the unusual duo encounters the injured gazelle, Aysan. She too is accepted into the growing community, although there is initially great mistrust of the bird of prey. But little by little, the animals learn to trust each other – each contributing their own strength.

When the malicious Homolu appears, that which was friendship turns serious: he sets fires, threatens the group and forces them to flee. In their search for safety, they encounter Valentina, a wise tortoise who joins them. Five animals who could hardly be more different – raven, mouse, dove, gazelle, tortoise – now stand together against their common enemy. With courage, cleverness and solidarity, they manage to stand up to Homolu. In the end, it is not speed or strength that wins the day – but trust, diversity and friendship.
