Eberhard Kloke is a conductor, composer and musical arranger * has worked at many German opera houses, as well as with orchestras in other European countries * central works of the classical and early 20th century repertoire and their transfer into new musical concepts form the centre of his artistic activities * in recent years, he has created an extensive repertoire of arrangements, transcriptions and paraphrases, in which the great classics are reinterpreted and reworked into a modern, transparent orchestral sound * in the field of music theatre, his focus is on completing works, developing them dramaturgically anew or opening up new performance possibilities for them through new instrumentations

Pelléas et Mélisande (Debussy) with small orchestra
Transcriptions of Salome, Elektra and Der Rosenkavalier (Strauss)
Khovanshchina (Moussorgsky), completed and orchestrated
14 'Symphony Sonatas' after Beethoven for orchestra, eg Moolight Sonata
Fantasia after JS Bach (Busoni) for orchestra
