Dai Fujikura

Dai Fujikura (b. 1977) has received commissions from several renowned institutions including the BBC Proms, the Lucerne Festival, and the Salzburg Festival. His works have been performed with regularity by Pierre Boulez, Jonathan Nott, Gustavo Dudamel, and Matthias Pintscher with ensembles like Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin, the BBC Symphony Orchestra, and the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra. His first opera Solaris was performed by the Theatre des Champs-Elysees, the Opera de Lille, and the Opera de Lausanne in 2015.
