Using a fast swing rhythm, the author describes in this composition the modern and the old New Orleans and its colourful history. Due to its compatibility - available are editions for saxophone, clarinet and brass quartet - this piece enables you to put together your own small New Orleans band, e.g. consisting of a clarinet, a trumpet, a tenor saxophone and a trombone. That´s almost like playing music in the good old times!
