•At the 2006 ARD International Music Competition in Munich, the Chantily Quartet was awarded the second prize, the special prize for the best interpretation of the commissioned work and the Audience Prize. Since then the ensemble has risen rapidly to an elite position within the chamber music scene.

•Marie Luise Neunecker and Marek Janowski are listed among the ensemble’s sponsors and mentors, and its members hold solo positions in the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra, the Konzerthaus Orchestra in Berlin and the Radio Symphony Orchestra of Berlin.
