"This book is very exhaustive and technically good but in terms of practicality it is quite frustrating. When I want to give a sheet of scales to my students to learn, I have to cut and paste the scales on the computer or write them out in full. I feel this could have be completed by the publisher like with other instruments to help teachers who are pushed for time."
