French Clarinet Encores is a series of short recital pieces for clarinet and piano which were originally sight-reading pieces for the examinations at the Paris Conservatoire from the 1870's until the First World War. The pieces in this volume are : Messager 'Allegro Scherzando' and Holmes 'Molto Lento'.
