Press Reviews
"This album can be used as a solo violin book, or in a variety of ensemble combinations .... the solo violin part is from approximately grade 3 to about grade 6 and the easy parts are probably from around grade 2 level. As a violin duo this music has a wonderful folk quality. The preface gives an interesting background to the Klezmer, traditional instrumental music of the Jewish people of Eastern Europe, and performance notes for every piece. This is a welcome addition to the B&H series"

"Great way of getting into Klezmer. For me a discovery and renewal of love for music and the people of Jacob. I play it on the Oboe with my wife on the piano. Now our friends are getting into klezmying with bass and our son with drums. The easy violin voice is as well a 2nd voice, so they could be played together. Some more parts are in piano book."
