This breathtaking and provocative work takes its text from a poem by Eric Gamalinda and explores the impact that Asian peoples have had on American Society. Featuring the ancient rhythms of the Philippines called Kulintang, similar to the talking drums of Africa, the work incorporates hand clapping, chimes or gongs and a drumming part. Duration: ca. 3:30.
